how to resolve when Windows blocked Quicken from access - try rebooting ?

I did what the quicken program told me to do, but the properties already was on "Access" not "Deny. Now what do l need to do?

Sorry, I didn't know how to get back to this post. The initial problem was the program would not open because it says "my system blocked Quicken from accessing the Quicken file." So I was told to go to the file and change the permission from Deny to Access, but when I did that it was already on Access. Then I restarted the computer and tried Quicken again and it was ok. So if anyone else has the same problem as I did..try restarting the computer. Thank you for responding.0

To avoid a recurrence, do be sure to check if Windows Defender Controlled Folder Access feature Ransomware protection is enabled.
If it is, configure it to add Quicken as an "allowed app" without turning off Ransomware protection. Perform the last step in https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7857675/faq-windows-defender-controlled-folder-access
