Chase is a mess in Quicken. Quicken now has downloaded accounts that are not mine !! Concerned about online security now.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this error with unrecognized Chase accounts. 

    Could you please right-click on the account that you do not recognize then select Edit/Delete Accounts and proceed to check the Customer ID field to see whether or not you recognize the username that is listed there?
