I'm having the problems with Fidelity NetBenefits. I made the fatal error of doing a Quicken update. All of a sudden, my 401k had an issue. Tried several attempts to fix, including deleting and reloading account. I now have no historical info and only showing part of my investments in the account. Frustrating...0

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your Fidelity NetBenefits account(s).
Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by navigating to Quicken > About Quicken. Do you receive any error messages or codes when attempting to update your accounts? When did you update the accounts and first notice the issue?
