Connectivity problem with USAA

Quicken Canada Subscription Member
Unable to connect to USAA accounts. Error message reads "Quicken encountered an error while communicating with our server". However I'm able to connect with my other bank accounts.

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this error with your USAA accounts.
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the USAA accounts to see if you receive the same error message. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position.
