Synchrony Bank errors CC-501

Continue getting error CC-501 "...cannot update because of error on Quicken server..." Error has persisted for several days with Synchrony Bank. Quicken Windows Home, v 40.xx

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I apologize that you are experiencing this error.
I have located a Support Article that discusses steps to take when presented with a CC-501 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ.
As per the Support Article:If this occurs when updating an account
Please Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution.
