Pretty Please Quicken - Fix the Citi Bank (non)Download Problem

I was warned that my (falling on deaf ears) complaints about not getting downloads from Citi Bank was in Violation of Community Guidelines. So I'm asking nicely that someone get on this ASAP. With a cherry on top!

    The issues with Citibank are known issues that have been escalated internally and are being worked on, though we do not have an ETA on resolution.
