Clearing a cost Basis

Is there a simple way to clear a cost basis. In a Fidelity managed account they sold all of the positions and now I have almost a -$10000 cost basis showing.

Since it was an IRA account I went ahead and adjusted one of the transaction costs to balance it out. Fidelity merged on of my IRA accounts to this one and it has thrown Quicken for a loop. Probably going to post another issue once I read the community history first. Thanks0
