Quicken Freezes on Auto Reconcile

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When I hit "done", a small window appears that says: "Reconcile credit card account" as if I need to put in #s from my statement instead of Auto Reconcile. and Second, I am unable to close this small window. Quicken Freezes.

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with Quicken freezing on the reconcile screen.
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Quicken? Please refer to the following support articles for instructions on uninstalling here and reinstalling here.

I tried validating from my back up copy but not uninstalling. Afraid of losing data!0

If you haven't done so already, please try the following actions:
- Download and install the latest Mondo Patch file from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-mondo-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product to ensure your Quicken software is up to date and correctly installed.
- Reboot Windows.
- Validate and Supervalidate your active Quicken data file.
- If nothing helps, try to restore your Quicken data file from an Automatic or Manual backup taken just prior to the problems first occurring.
Validate and Supervalidate instructions
First save a backup file prior to performing these steps
Validate:
- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 30 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Super Validate:
- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Supervalidate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 30 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
