Citibank CC-502 Errors

For two days in a row, I cannot download Citibank credit card transactions. I keep getting CC-502 error. Please fix this.

    Citi Credit Cards only: authorization problems or CC-502

    You may need to allow Quicken access to your Citi account at https://citi.com/datamanagement

    The data management third party section in Citibank does not help

    Deactivate all Citi Accounts in Quicken. Go to https://citi.com/datamanagement and REMOVE current Quicken access. Now ADD access. You now have 10 minutes to log into Quicken and add your Citibank accounts. Go to Tools/Add Account. Add Citibank account. When it logs into Citibank, "Link your existing accounts". Done!

    going to https://citi.com/datamanagement and allowing access seems to have resolved this issue for me.

    I too have been receiving this error. it seems that it happens when there are no transactions to download

    Thanks RichH. Your suggestion worked right away for me, using https://citi.com/datamanagement. My transactions downloaded but I'll see whether it continues to work over the next few days.

    I discovered that I needed to change my account identification in Quicken from Citibank to Citi Cards. That has resolved my problem.

    any update? This is very frustrating. Is more than a month with CC502 and can't download citibank
