Losing Data [Edited]

why does quicken drop posts from the register (sometimes a month or three) every time
I download from the bank or my credit card acct?

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by navigating to Help > About Quicken. Which Financial Institution are you experiencing this issue with? What is the connection method with this financial institution? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List > Edit > Online Services. Do you receive any error codes or messages when performing a One Step Update or an individual account update?

    I use Quicken delux and my connection is QFX on the web I get no notices or error indicatiors
