Which Financial Institution are you experiencing this issue with? What is the
connection method
with this financial institution? You can see the connection method by navigating to
Tools > Account List > Edit > Online Services.
Do you receive any error codes or messages when performing a One Step Update or an individual account update?

I use Quicken delux and my connection is QFX on the web I get no notices or error indicatiors
