I recently was required by citi to change my password so I went to https://citi.com/datamanagement
and after following instructions it let me change my password in Quicken. I had to do the update 3 times to get the screen, so don't give up.0 -

After trying unsuccessfully to get information from tech support I was able to reach someone in Customer Service.... Citibank is in the process of doing a major change in their web platform and they are sending Quicken the code as they go along. A big glitch is that Quicken and Citibank don't use the same coding so Quicken has to re do the code as it comes in. It seems that until Citibank finishes doing their update and Quicken finishes translating the code we will not be able to sync our accounts. It's beyond me why this is taking so long!!! And then again I am not a software engineer!
On the other hand I told the customer service person that I was not willing to pay the increase in Quicken's yearly fee for the duration of time I am not able to access my Citi account. He gave me a one month extension on my subscription for this year.5 -

Once this code issue is resolved, do we use Web Connect or Quicken Connect to download from Citibank??0

Ok. Today is July 4 and it is not a happy independence day for me. This download issue with Citibank continues to drive me nuts. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it tells me I have some number of new transactions and I go to the register and there are no new transactions. I have not been able to download any transactions from Citibank since June 26. I know that others have waited longer. I can't believe that Quicken and Citibank can't get this resolved.0
