Next Entry Box

Don35 Quicken Windows 2017 Member
Using Quicken Starter Edition :
Have 2 Insurance accounts that provide annual updates and I post that info in a new entry to keep track of balances. Recently, the next entry box does not appear so I'm unable to post the data. I've used Quicken for years and never had this problem. Any thoughts??

    Can you please be more specific about what a "next entry box" is?
    What kind of Quicken accounts are these? What kind of transactions are your "new entries" exactly?
    What release of Quicken are you using? What operating system version?

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    Next question: Since you are using the Starter Edition, is your subscription still valid or has it expired.

    Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

    Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.
