Vanguard not updating -- Quicken for Mac

For the past several days, Quicken is telling me that it cannot connect to Vanguard. I have tried deactivating and re-activating the connection, but I receive a message saying "service is temporarily unavailable."
Is this a known issue?

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this error message with your Vanguard account(s).
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Vanguard account(s) to see if you receive the same error message. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position.

I re-linked the accounts and it has downloaded correctly today. I will monitor for the next few days and try your idea if the trouble continues. Thanks.0
