Can't Update Lowe's Consumer Credit Card

Despite Jasmine from the Support Team posting a few days ago this problem was resolved I cannot reestablish an online connection for Lowe's Consumer Credit Card. The CC-502 error remains. It has been this way for several weeks.

I have completed the reset and disable/re-enable tasks with no improvement.

    We recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they may walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed. Before calling, you should send your information logs over to Quicken by navigating to Help > Report a problem.
