Reset of Sam'sClub/Synchrony Card Issue

Attempt to reset Sam's Club card download resulted in failure as the Activate One Step Update attempts to route to synchronybank.com rather than samsclub.syf.com.
Is there a way to repoint the Activate One Step Update to the correct site, or must I create a new account and then move all the transactions over?

Hello @cvandenhandel3,
Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What instance are you connected with? "Synchrony Bank Credit Cards", "Sam's Club Personal Credit Account", or "Sam's Club Discover Card-Consu"?
Looking forward to hearing your response.

@cvandenhandel3 - in order to get your Sam's Club Credit Card to work again, you need to:
- Go to the Online Services tab and deactivate.
- Blank out Financial Institution, Account Number, Routing Number, and any other online information.
- Go back to the Online Services tab and click on "Set up now".
- Search on "sams" and then choose "Sam's Club Personal Credit Accou" from the list.
- Complete the set-up process by signing in and connecting to your existing Sam's Club account in Quicken.
The Sam's Club connection is a weird one. You need to use "Sam's Club Personal Credit Accou" to set the connection up (EWC) but once you do a "Reset Account" or download transactions from the Sam's Club Credit Account website (via WC), it changes the FI to "Synchrony Bank Credit Cards" which doesn't seem to work for setting up the Sam's Club Credit Card.1 -
Many thanks; that worked brilliantly.0
