Quicken Credit Card - Cannot Access within Quicken for MAC

Surprisingly I am unable to download credit card transactions from US Bank for the Quicken Credit Card using Quicken Connect nor Direct Connect. Most of the time there is no response from US Bank when trying to access. Sometimes it asks a security question but then does not father respond.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with downloading transactions from your US Bank account(s). 

    How long has this issue been occurring? Do you receive any error codes or messages when trying to update your accounts? 

    First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the US Bank account(s) to see if the same error occurs. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position.
