One step update not working for community banks on Fiserv

I have total of 6 accounts and 2 community banks that are on the Fiserv platform. First one stopped downloading transactions on one-step update because there was a popup on their web site. Even though i cleared the popup I was never able to download again. Spent hours on the phone with quicken. Now my other community bank quit working and this time the claim is my password is wrong. I have not changed my password. I use the password vault so I know it is not a typo. And I can get into my accounts via the website. I have had to have my account unlocked twice because quicken is creating too many failed attempts. Any ideas? Beyond sending logs and deactivating the accounts... does not work.

    Hello @lekealluns,

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

Before I can further assist you, I would like some more information. Which financial institutions are you experiencing these issues with? What is the connection method with said financial institutions? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any specific error codes or messages?

I am looking forward to hearing your response!
