Citibank accounts downloaded show many errors and balances are crazily wrong.

I'm not sure why my Citibank downloads are all worng, many errors and balance are very wrong. What should I do?

    What type of Citi Bank accounts do you have?
    Which financial institution name do you use for downloading? Citibank or Citi Cards?
    How do you download transactions? With One Step Update, "Update Now" or by logging on to the bank's website and downloading and importing a transaction file (QFX file)?
    Have you reviewed (reconciled) your transactions in the Quicken account register lately and compared them to a printed monthly bank statement, to identify and resolve any discrepancies (duplicate or missing transactions, incorrect amounts, etc.)
    Have you made sure that your account's Opening Balance transaction is correct, i.e., matches the bank balance on the opening date?
