Hello @kileyrreid and @Cindylou362,
Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with transactions not downloading from your MidWest America FCU accounts.
Are you receiving any error codes or messages when attempting to update your accounts or perform a One Step Update?
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Midwest America FCU account(s) to see if it produces the same issue with transactions not downloading. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position. Below are instructions on how to create a test file:- Choose File menu > New Quicken File.
- Select New Quicken File.
- Click OK.
- In the File name field, enter the name of the new file, then click Save. Use a name like "Test File" to tell it apart from your main file.
Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right-angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you.- Sign in with your Quicken ID. If you are prompted to create a Quicken ID but already have one, click Sign In under the Create Account prompt.
- Select to not use Mobile.
- Click Add Account to start adding accounts to the new file.
After adding accounts, see if you are experiencing the same problems in this test file.
Please let me know how this goes, I look forward to hearing your response.

I still get the message the bank is rejecting this transaction and contact financial institution. I have no issues with downloading other Financial Institutions accounts in quicken just...
Midwest America FCU... www.mwafcu.org
I get very frustrated since, I have used quicken for 15 years or more and every now and then these bank downloads become problematic. [Removed-Third Party Reference].-1 -
Hello @kileyrreid ,
Thank you for updating me and for attempting the test file.
Due to the same error occurring in your main file and the test file, you will need to contact Midwest America FCU for further assistance as this indicates an issue with the financial institution's servers and the way they are sending data to Quicken. It is recommended to request to speak to a supervisor or a Tier 2 agent as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken and can escalate the situation if needed.
I hope this helps and I do apologize that I could not be of more assistance.

Is it because of the latest update?0

I'm also not able to download transactions from Midwest America FCU since 07/10/22. Did your update break it?
OL-295-A Your financial institution has rejected this transaction.
The "new Quicken file" hack did not work.
This seems like something that Quicken should be able to fix, rather than asking Quicken users to get involved with the banks programmers to solve?0 -
MidWest America’s update:
We are working with our Digital Banking vendor to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconveniences.
I agree with the previous post it seem like Quicken would show more urgency and responsibility. This reflects poorly on the Quicken customer support.0 -
Still not able to download on 7/23/22 thirteen days from initial failures. Very disappointed.0

7/26/22, and still not downloading!0

Apparently the resources identified the incompatibility between MidWest and Quicken, so it’s downloading transactions0

Yes, it's downloading now.0
