Quicken software update failed - "%updatepath%/wyserver.wys"

Quicken patch fails to load. First it tells me that it needs admin rights. When it does load it gives me the message "An Error occurred". Could not parse the URL"%updatepath%/wyserver.wys" - it's either malformed or is an unknown protocol

If you haven't already, I suggest that you try downloading and installing the update manually via the Mondo Patch found in this support article.
