Are there known issues with Capital One?

Constantly getting DOWNLOAD ERROR (-32) on random accounts (I have 5 total). I can usually fix them but the same or another account will come back with this error after attempting an update.

The most recent error, one account returns ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND:325:Missing and a 2nd account returns CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND

This seems to coincide with going from 4 to 5 accounts, but I also tried removing one account from Quicken, but wondering if it's having issue with the number of accounts I have.
