how to add missing cost basis from Schwab account caused by last update R42.19

Question

I have three accounts with Schwab.  One of the accounts is now missing all cost basis info.  I have updated 2 times without success - still no cost basis.  If there's a way to download the cost basis, I'd appreciate that- or how do I manually enter it?

I am missing cost basis amounts in just one of three Schwab accounts.  I can manually enter the cost basis but I am annoyed that this has happened and would like to know if it is a Quicken or Schwab problem  I'm using Quicken for Windows.
