Bill Pay does not work with American Express when 2-Factor Authentication is Enabled

Ever since I enabled 2-Factor Authentication on my American Express account, I cannot download or pay my American Express bill from Quicken Bill Pay. Bill Pay is initially able to establish a link to Amex and authenticate. However, it is unable to download my bill or make a payment. I have tried refreshing the bill several times. It doesn't work. It only ever says "Awaiting next bill." I have tried completely removing Amex as an Online Bill and re-adding it. Again, it seems to authenticate and successfully adds the Online Bill, but nothing is ever downloaded. All i get is "Awaiting next bill." I have a bill due right now, so it shouldn't be waiting for anything.

Hello @mlurie,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.
Once that is done, see if the issue continues to persist.
I hope this helps!
