Fidelity NetBenefits OL-293-A Error after update to to R42.19

My other fidelity accounts have no problem downloading, but this week I started getting this error message connecting to netbenfits. It seems to correspond to my update to R42.19 version. I am on the line with fidelity support but no luck yet. I am sure it will get passed to 2nd level support. Anyone else see this problem

It appears the account number on the fidelity side has changed. Now that I have changed the account number it appears to download correctly but I still get the error OL-301-A0

I was getting a Fidelity Netbenefits issue last week with R42.8. I just run the account updater and had no issue (still on R42.8) with Netbenefits. Thankfully I'm getting prompted to install R42.19 so will hold off on it (R42.8 auto launched without prompts when it was released).
