File Conversion and Backup (Windows)
Is Chat get a real person or is it just an AI.

I hate the way Quicken names their backup files. My current file name is Qdata_2-7-2022PM.QDF. When I do a backup it looks like Qdata_02-07-2022PM-2022-07-31.QDF-backup. Why/how can I copy todays date each time I backup instead of showing 2 different dates?

Did that "figure it our" include shortening your file name to just QDATA.QDF?
Because, at some point you opened a backup file and began using it as your primary file. That's why you've got the double dates in your file name.
After the rename, done in Win while Q is closed, double click on the renamed file to open Q using that file.
