Bills still randomly disappearing under Bills and Income under the Projected Balance tab

Random bills disappear for over a year now. I have executed multiple validate and repair sessions, and have even reinstalled and re-setup all of my accounts. I have never used the "Automatically add to bank register button". The bill is still visible in the Bills, Income & Transfers tab but shows "Entered" today but in fact was not.

So
-- the bill disappeared 2 days ago
-- I manually entered the bill into the register on the 30th of August
-- Today I look in Bills, Income & Transfers
-- The bill shows entered on Aug 1

The bill in question, is that a regular scheduled reminder or is it a bill linked to an Online Biller?
If it is a linked bill, is its status "waiting for next bill"?
Is that bill a transfer transaction and are the transfer-from and transfer-to accounts selected to show in the Projected Balances view?
