I cannot add new account for American Fund (Capital world and grown Funds)

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with adding your American Funds account(s). 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Are you receiving any error codes or messages when attempting to add this account? What instance within the financial list are you using (American Funds- Retirement, Capital Group- American Funds, etc.)? Which version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by navigating to Quicken > About Quicken.
