Capital One Needs Your Attention Error

I am getting an error after updating accounts in Quicken Windows. This just started last Friday. One of my accounts did update showing a 7/31 interest update but not the second account. That said, while both showed the transaction "completed". Quicken threw the Needs Your Attention and red dot with CC-506. I did click the Fix it button and entered my password and it showed "account updated", but still did not resolve the issue. I did all of this last friday and the window said it could also be a server issue so waited till today to try again and post the results.

    Hello @Johnrg

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your Capital One account(s).

I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-506 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).

    I hope this helps!

Hi Jasmine. Got it fixed. It was only showing one account when I tried to add the accounts back, so found that one of my accounts was made inactive due to lack of activity. I made a transfer and once the account was active again, I was able to add both accounts back into Quicken without error. Was an issue on Capitol One's website. Thanks for your help.
