I just started with Quicken and I uploaded some transactions. I want to delete some of them from prior years.

    Hello @ebsalomon,

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community with this question.

I have located a Support Article that discusses how to delete transactions from Quicken for Windows in more detail. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup (just in case).

    I hope this helps!

    A couple of notes....
Guessing you mean "downloaded" as in from your bank to your desktop -
unless you really mean some kind of "bill payment" that gets "uploaded" to the bank or to Quicken bill manager.
Also, why do you want to delete any downloaded transactions, unless they are duplicate entries ?
That would change your ongoing balances, or investment shares, or whatever those transactions represent.
I have ALL of my transactions for every account, going back a very long time -
