How can I merge two accounts without copy paste each entry

My credit card company gave me a new account number for an existing account that may have been compromised. How do I merge the two so I don't lose past transactions

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

To update your Quicken account with the new credit card number, you can simply deactivate and reactivate the account. For instructions, please refer to this support article for instructions on how to deactivate and reactivate.

Once reactivated, the account in Quicken should automatically be updated with the new credit card information and download transactions.
