Accessing Cloud File on Local Laptop
Blawless
I had a Mac with Quicken installed. I no longer have that computer. I've been using the Web version. I now have a Windows computer to use Quicken on again. How do I access my file via the cloud on the local computer?

Hello
@Blawless
,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question, though I am sorry to hear about the trouble you have experienced.
Unfortunately, data synced to the Quicken Cloud cannot be pulled into a new Quicken for Windows data file as the Quicken on the Web and Mobile apps only serve as a companion app and not a backup. The only way to restore data loss would be through restoring a backup file or since you're switching platforms, converting a Quicken for Mac data or backup file to a Quicken for Windows data file.
For more information about the Quicken Cloud, I recommend reviewing thisĀ

I do apologize for not having better news to share with you! Thank you.
