How can I stop having my data stored to the cloud?

I do not wish to have my data stored in the cloud. :s Is there somewhere where I can turn off this function. I am using the windows version.

If you do not wish to sync any data to the Quicken Cloud, then please follow the instructions provided below to turn off Cloud Sync.

1. Navigate to Edit 
2. Preferences 
3. Mobile & Web 
4. Turn Sync OFF
