Log On - One Step Update

What happened with the default to One Step Update (OSU) when first logging in? My system automatically defaulted to OSU which I liked? What happened?

    Hello @freefalguy,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    Could you please navigate to Edit > Preferences > Startup and under Startup Action, check to see if the checkbox for Download transaction when Quicken starts is checked (see below).



    If it is not checked, go ahead and check it and click OK. Then close and reopen Quicken to see if it will automatically initiate a One Step Update.
