Is anyone else having trouble downloading Amazon from Synchrony

Are you receiving any specific error codes or messages?
We do currently have an Ongoing Active Alert regarding online banking errors with Amazon/Synchrony accounts. You may follow this link to access that FAQ where you may bookmark the alert in order to remain up to date on any new information, resolutions, or ETAs that may occur.
