When I select this menu item for a single account in my accounts list - sadly ALL online accounts get updated. This behavior is the same as if I had instead selected Accounts -->Update All Online Accounts. Can we get this bug fixed?

    Hello @rjbokleman,

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and ask your question.

Please be advised that when updating by navigating to Accounts > Update Selected Online Account; it will update all accounts under the same username for that single financial institution (this applies to both Quicken Connect and Direct Connect accounts).

    I hope this helps!

No, it doesn't. The behavior is that it is updating accounts across various financial institutions improperly.

    Thank you for the clarification.

In that case, we'd recommend restoring a backup file that was saved prior to when this issue started to see if the same issue occurs in the restored file. If needed, please, review this support article. Scroll down and open the blue dropdown section(s) titled Restore Quicken data and/or Restore an automatic backup for instructions on how to restore a backup.

    Thank you!

Seriously? That's an Official Quicken answer? Do us all a favor and yourself (I refuse to continue the useless banter back and forth here) and get this BUG filed with your development team. Phone support wasn't any better, by the way. Quicken Phone Support told me to post the bug out here in the Community and refused to do anything about this. This is the kind of support I'm paying for with my Subscription?

Look, this has nothing to do with my file. It's always behaved this way since I migrated from Windows 6+ months ago and I finally got tired enough dealing with it to complain.
