PNC - Web Connect not working

Apparently, this has been an issue since last Thursday/Friday.

Why no resolution? Getting a tad frustrating that a function I depend on everyday is a 'known' issue with no estimate on when it will be resolved.

    Why is this taking so long to resolve? This is not acceptable...They could at least provide an update or a status of the situation.
