How to fix the latest update damage?
jim104077
I just updated to the latest version of Quicken Deluxe, R42.21 , build 27.1.42.2. It removed both of my credit card accounts I was tracking and also shows crazy negative balances in 2 of my accounts. This was after it had me do some strange thing to reauthorize my chase account. Now that account is wrong and the other bank I use also has a way wrong balance.
Do I try to restore from back up? Can I uninstall the "update" and get back to normal?

The first step I would take is to restore a recent back up file from right before the update to R42.21 took place. Others have posted in this forum that this resolved any and all issues they had encountered.
