Why does the "memo" column automatically repeat the "payee" when I download transactions?

This just started recently and I don't think I changed any settings.  Before this occurred, the date, payee and and amount would download but the memo would be blank.

In the meantime, at least until this issue gets resolved, you might want to consider checking 
the box for "Don't update memo when downloading" on the Online Services 
tab of Account Details.  Perhaps that will stop the payee from being 
entered into the memo field.
