Multiple chase accounts

I received the message to use the new Chase method ... seems to have worked on several of my credit cards apart from a few annoying 'opening balance' errors . However our quicken account manages credit cards with multiple on line IDs ( wife, kids etc) . Any attempt to set these up within the account settings results in a total lock of Quicken. No response. Only way to progress is to crash the application Is this how its supposed to work ?

This issue has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution and a ticket has been opened, though we do not currently have an ETA on resolution.
