for either the net worth or account balance reports, when choosing to show results MONTHLY quicken shows balances for TWICE A MONTH.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue (report view with page and column headers, no detail lines needed), sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

see attached. this also occurs when I request a quarterly interval, it shows monthly instead.

If you haven't done so already, please try the following actions:

Even if you are on the latest software level already, download and install the latest Mondo Patch file from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-mondo-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product to ensure your Quicken software is up to date and correctly installed.
Reboot Windows.
Validate and Supervalidate your Quicken data file.
If nothing helps, try to restore your Quicken data file from an Automatic or Manual backup taken just prior to the problems first occurring.

Validate and Supervalidate instructions

First save a backup file prior to performing these steps

Validate:

File
Validate and Repair File...
Validate File
Click OK
Close the Data Log
Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 30 secs)
Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

Super Validate:

File
Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
Supervalidate File
Click OK
Close the Data Log
Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 30 secs)
Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

I applied the patch and rebooted and it worked without validating. just an fyi, when I rebooted it took almost 6 or 7 minutes to open Quicken again. thanks for the help
