Ever since Quicken changed the process for Chase downloads, my Chase accounts are not getting update

Is there anything I can do to correct this? I have tried resetting the accounts but nothing changes.

    Try update now in the account actions area.

    I tried that, no luck. I still don't get any new transactions downloaded.
