dreaded CC-502 error when I try to connect onestep to citibank

Trying to (re)connect my citibank account, and it won't connect because of the dreaded CC-502 (not sure when it stopped working (maybe a month ago) but somewhere along the line it got deactivated, and when I try to act ivate it it fails with a CC-502
