Why does my computer freeze up when I try to deactivate or activate Chase bank accounts?

    I am having the same problem. I was able to set up the new Chase links for my accounts, but it wasn't offering me a similar screen for my husbands accounts. I deactivated them and when I try to set them up again, the system freezes and I have to tell the computer to kill the Quicken operation.
