PayPal Credit no longer updates via One Step Update

Good day,
I have been using One Step Update for downloading transactions from PayPal Credit for 5 to 6 years. Within the last week the transaction download via One Step Update was failing due to server rejection of the request. Two factor authentication is not turned on.
Today I went through the "Fix it" process and since there have been no changes to my password or the PayPal account, I ended up resetting the account. After providing my email address and password, Quicken connected and found only a checking account and wanted to add it to my account list. First time I did not add it to Quicken and tried to change the Nickname to the name on my Account List. Well, Quicken didn't like that so I went through the process again and this time let it add the checking account. The transactions that it downloaded and the balance for the account was not correct, so I deleted it.
I still have the credit account in my account list with the correct balance and all transactions reconciled to the online balance as of August 12. No transactions have occurred since August 6. Both times I did an account reset, I entered my username and password and checked the box, Save to Password Vault - however it never saved the password to the vault. And if opening the vault, it would not let me save a password to the PayPal account.
I don't have a problem with entering the transactions manually, but it has been working and I'd like for it to continue working. Anyone have any ideas on how to repair this?
Thanks and have a good week,
Duane
