Citi CC-502 Error

On the Citi CC-502 error, Quicken Jared says in order to get notifications on this error click on the Bookmark "ribbon" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. I don't see that icon on his post. What screen is he talking about? How can I find it so I can get notifications on this error?

    The bookmark ribbon that he's referring to is located in the top-right corner of the post, and on the same line as the title of the post. Please refer to the screenshot below to see what this looks like.
