Discover Bank IRA accounts are not supported by Quicken?

Discover Bank is telling me that "at this time IRA accounts are not supported by Quicken", but I have three IRA CD accounts, which update fine as well as IRA accounts with other banks. It appears to be only a problem with Discover Bank's IRA saving accounts. Also, it looks like only a Discover Bank problem.

    I wouldn't think that Discover Bank would be referring to all financial institutions, but only referring to the relationship that Discover Bank has with Quicken.

    It isn't uncommon that especially the first line support people don't know anything about Quicken, and as such when they are asked about such things give the wrong answer.
