Problems setting up Chase accounts

In an effort to try to get the new Chase connection working (and stop the messages every time I download), I deactivated the online connection. I am no longer able to reconnect. I tried to remove the password from the vault, but change and delete are not an option. I've changed my Chase password to try to force that to happen, but there seems to be some connection that still exists. When I try to establish a connection it opens FireFox and I enter my credentials there. Eventually the application on my PC says it found the credit card account, but the link is never created and the account still shows as not being online.
