Chase Update - lost all of my payee names for checks written

When Quicken updated chase account, I lost all of my payee names. How do I fix it?

Hi, I contacted them this morning. They were unaware of the issue, viewed my screen and escalated it. More info on the issue: no transactions downloaded prior to 6-2022, All the payees were listed as my name and not the actual payee, EFT's were not affected, just checks written. Categories were missing.0
