It appears to connect, but does not update, does not diplay in one step summary. If you just uopdate singularly, same thing: does not update and does not display in one step summary.0

When I try to follow the directions to do the Chase account updates, my only option in Quicken is to Add an Account. I am successful at signing on to the Chase account and agreeing to allow Quicken to see my numbers, etc. But I don't want to add another credit card account.....I already have one. If I try to "update an existing account", it won't let me update the Chase credit card.0
