How can I connect to Sams Club Synchrony bank credit card?

I cannot connect to the Sam's club synchrony web address of samsclub.syf.com.  I want to download business credit card into a report for taxes.  Sam's says Quicken has the wrong web address in it's system. Quicken says it's a Sam's problem. 
 Has anyone been successful? bjjb

If your financial institution has changed its URL, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken.
